Prices of materials will vary depending on the art brand one uses and sizes. All can add up to the final outcome of the pieces along with ones qualifications and who, you may know in the art industry and more. I generally charge $60.00 and hour for music classes I teach, or recording EPs for clients, which is the average going rate for piano and vocal classes privately. Music producers charge over $100.00 an hour for a recording sessions. If I were to charge how much time it takes for me the paint the paintings hourly, the costs would be much higher for each piece. The average time for a painting of a semi detailed piece, usually takes over 2 to 3 weeks at 8 hours a day for 7 days of the week to be worked on. If I charged $60 an hour, for one week the painting would cost $3,260.00 alone.
Here is a small sample list of some basic materials one needs to paint or draw a piece. Something to remember, the more time spend on detail and changes for clients the cost will also go up, since it is time and money, to create a good piece of work for a client.

I usually require 50% upfront for ordered paintings, which goes through my registered company Nomadixx LLC. I have contracts for clients to sign before any artwork is produced.
